God Love’s A Pure Heart.
A hundred and ten years ago when this version of the Tarot was formed, nobody had yet written any books on “body language”. You can look back and see examples in the cards but nowhere is this study more evident than here is “The Sun”. The child depicted is in a completely open posture, not protective in an way, and open for anything. How difficult is it for us to be that open, honest, vulnerable to the world. I’ll let you absorb the wonderful symbols of this card as you blend those images with my words.
Pure love, pure intelligence,
free from shame or restriction;
the children of the day.
Not proud, not demanding,
just being, and in being, being happy.
Pure life, pure knowing,
caring without caring,
sharing without owning,
loving just by living.
